Delete a trip or visit

In the app, remove a trip, stop, or passport visit. The app asks you to confirm before deleting it. Removing a visit does not remove its planned stop.

Delete an account

If you signed in, open Profile and choose Delete account. This deletes your account, synced passport, and trips you created on our server. Trips you created also disappear for invited members; trips created by others stay with them. Save anything you want to keep first. For help, email luisfelipesena@icloud.com with “delete account” in the subject.

Delete local data on iPhone

1. Touch and hold the Bora Aí icon on the Home Screen.
2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
3. Confirm. The app's local database, trips, stops, saved photos, and passport are removed from this device.

If you signed in, also delete your account inside the app to remove cloud data. Deleting the app alone does not delete a server account.

Delete local data on the web

Local data is stored in IndexedDB for the domain where you opened the app. Delete that site's data in your browser settings:

1. Safari on Mac: Settings, Privacy, Manage Website Data. Find the domain and remove it.
2. Safari on iPhone: Settings, Apps, Safari, Advanced, Website Data. Find the domain and delete it.
3. Chrome or Edge: Open the app, use the site controls beside the address, then remove the site's data.
4. Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security, Cookies and Site Data, Manage Data. Select the domain and remove it.

If you added the app to your Home Screen, remove that shortcut too. If you signed in, also delete the account in the app.
